After the leaks, rumors and evaleaks Samsung has finally announced its smaller Flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S5 mini.
The device is pretty much like its bigger brother the Galaxy S5 with a 4.5″ inch display super AMOLED with a pixel density of 326ppi, it measures 131.1 x 64.8 x 9.1 and weighs 120ga little bit bigger and weighs a little more than its predecessor.
The Galaxy S5 mini packs four Cortex-A7 cores @ 1.4GHz, while RAM remains at 1.5GB. The internal storage was doubled to 16GB which is accompanied by a Micro SD slot for those whole need more room. The phone comes running Android Kitkat with Samsung’s usual software such as S Health, Private mode, Kids mode and Ultra Power Saving mode.
The device will have the same 8MP that can capture 1080p video @ 30fps, powering the device is a battery with a capacity of 2,100mAh. The connectivity was bumped up to 150Mbps LTE and keeps the IR blaster on top.
Pricing is yet to be announced, but the device will roll out in Russia first at the end of the month with a number of color options which include Charcoal Black, Shimmery White, Electric Blue and Copper Gold.
