Samsung’s best selling phablet has finally announced the dual-SIM version of the Galaxy Note 3. The dual-sim Note 3 will first start out in China, but the device is carrier unlocked so it can be used around the world.

The device has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 chipset, which means the device will support LTE. There isn’t any announcement of the devices expansion as yet, but surely in the next few weeks the Note 3 should reach other markets.
